The next UK based Evidence Based Orthodontics Course will take place in London on Friday 15th December 2023:

The course will follow a similar format to our previous courses, covering the essentials of evidence based medicine and systematic review, and then focusing on a variety of clinically-related orthodontic topics. The course will include a lot of information and will be based around treated cases, summarising the current evidence base for all subject areas and offering numerous clinical tips. Subjects will include treatment planning, using the straight-wire appliance, managing twin-blocks and fixed functional appliances, impacted canines, maxillary lateral incisor agenesis, interceptive treatment for impacted teeth, class III malocclusion and using TADs in routine practice. It will be conducted at a fairly intensive pace over the course of the day, but with lots of opportunities for questions and discussion. Lecture summaries and a full bibliography will be made available to each delegate.
